The Act-Belong-Commit mobile app aims to encourage you to be physically, mentally and socially active in your everyday life. It gives suggestions about joining clubs or groups, getting involved with local activities and making commitments that bring purpose to your life. The app includes an interactive self-assessment tool to allow you to measure your activity levels and a 'Find a club' search tool for residents of Western Australia to find local clubs and groups. The app is one part of a wider 'Act-Belong-Commit' campaign to promote mental health and is available to iPhone and iPod Touch users.
