Life Process Gambling Program (LPGP)

Description:

LPGP is an interactive fee-based program designed to help problem gamblers overcome their addiction. The program includes 8 modules covering the following topics: self reflection, values, motivation, rewards, resources, support, maturity. Each module includes a video tutorial, written material and exercises, with feedback from a Life Process Coach. You will have an initial online session with a Life Coach and regular email contact throughout the program. There is an option to upgrade to receive additional one-to-one coaching sessions via phone/skype.
