Outcome Summary:

A controlled pilot trial examined the effectiveness of MSInvigor 8. Participants were randomly assigned to either the intervention group (n=23) or standard care control group (n=17). Compared to the control group, the intervention group had significantly lower scores at the end of treatment on two measures of fatigue, with large effect sizes. Further, the intervention group also showed significantly greater reductions than the control group on measures of depression and anxiety. Therefore, these findings provide initial evidence in support of this program as a form of treatment for individuals affected by multiple sclerosis and experiencing severe fatigue.
