My Road Ahead

My Road Ahead is a CBT-based program developed for men following treatment for prostate cancer.  It aims to provide support, information and strategies to cope with challenges that occur post-treatment. The program provides information and support through an interactive environment and aims to allow individuals to move forward with their lives and improve their quality of life.   The program is currently undergoing research to evaluate its efficacy and is accepting research participants.
