Seizure Tracker is a free online diary for kids to monitor epilepsy seizures and can be accessed through your computer or web enabled mobile device. You can log and track seizure activity, appointments, and medication schedules through a simple calendar interface. You can download and print customised reports which include graphs comparing seizure activity and medication dosages in daily, weekly and monthly increments. These reports can be useful to take to your medical visits, providing your doctor with a detailed overview of your seizure activity. New features include a medication blood level diary, vagus nerve stimulator settings and magnet swipe diary, menstrual cycle diary.  An iPhone application with event video recording integration is also available.
